With nearly a decade of experience in the land development business, Greentree Land Solutions has worked hard to create solid relationships, deal fairly with clients, contractors, City officials, partners, and look for solid practical solutions to most development issues.
We have experience in every aspect of land development, from the raw land and initial concept, to planning and through to construction, to sales, assisting residents with their concerns, and closing out each phase with the municipality.
Over the years, we have been personally involved in:
- Developments in 4 different municipalities: Grande Prairie, the County of Grande Prairie, Peace River, and Fort St. John.
- Overseeing a portion of the construction and follow-up of 13 different subdivisions.
- Assisting in the creation of 5 different subdivisions.
- Securing the release of securities from municipalities in excess of $20 million.
- Overseeing the inspection, repair and release of warranty items with the appropriate municipality for nearly 800 items.
- Working closely with builders in dealing with any on-site issues and assisted in the resolution of those matters.
- Tracking all costs, budgeting, and reporting to banking institutions on financial matters.
- Creating an office tracking system for simplifying the lot tracking process with builders.
